“As a solo traveller, I felt well looked after by our guide Momo. The van was comfortable and we were provided with lots of water and snacks. Every tour stop offered something to each traveller - my favourites were Horseshoe Bend and Zion NP. The accommodation was clean and comfy, with a simple breakfast. Definitely invest in the 2 or 3 night tour if you can afford it as it’s less time-restricted and you can enjoy each stop without feeling rushed.”

We took a rest every 2hrs during tour and it was so nice for me cuz I’m not used to a road trip. “Viator is a bunch of amateurs. Their homepage contains incorrect information, with a wrong meeting time. The so-called 'professional tour guide' is a guy with a weak command of English, giving mostly trivial information such as 'there is a camp site on the left' or 'there are hiking trails to the right.' Also, all the operators whom we can contact via phone or through the chat system are totally incompetent and provide us with misleading information.”

“Our trip to the Grand Canyon was exactly what I had wanted it to be. As we four weren't interested in hiking, John dropped us off each day at the Bright Angel Lodge where we really enjoyed time to ourselves to look around all the historic buildings in the village, which also gave us different views of the canyon. We sat and people watched, soaked up the atmosphere, watched people feed the squirrels when John had warned us all about keeping our distance from them, took photos, ate icecream. John then picked us up at the end of our given time. Watching the sun set over the canyon was magical.…”

“The sites we visited were beautiful. The hotel advertised as first choice was not booked despite there being rooms available. The driver looked and stated he was very tired,constantly yawning and shifting in his seat,drove erratically the first day(swerving, speeding, braking suddenly, hitting side strips)to the point that I wanted to talk to the company owner. Our driver answered the number on website ( said he was also office manager). Refused to give me owners contact number. Then called back and said the owner is a very busy man, he is on vacation and the owner said that he didn’t have time to talk to me. Stranded in a faraway…”

“The tour was really impressive from the locations we went to and we really enjoyed most of the trip. However, we feel like it was way to expensive for what we got. We had to pay most things ourselves and the fact that the entry fee for the Antilope Canyon was not included and the driver expected us to pay 66$ extra in cash after the trip was just frustrating for us. We felt scammed. Also, we got stuck in traffic on the way back to Vegas which is of course no ones fault but the van's AC did not work properly. It was almost 50 degrees celsius outside and…”
